About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Management division. As part of this team, you will work with major global clients on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, and final account management.
- Develop and present comprehensive cost plans, ensuring accurate estimation and planning.
- Manage the tender process, from pre-qualification to contractual document preparation.
Requirements
- A recognized degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a QS or Cost Manager, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Sector expertise in real estate, high technology, life sciences, commercial, or renewables.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Candidates with the right to work in Europe are preferred.
