Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Performance Manager to join our team at the LEGO Group. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Shopper organization to drive our global retail development strategy through data analysis and insights.

Responsibilities include analyzing digital product performance, preparing quantitative test scenarios, and continuously analyzing user behaviors to inform data-driven decision making. You will gather and interpret data to gain insights into user behavior, product usage, and overall product performance, establishing key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and effectiveness.

You will also collect relevant data using various tools and techniques, including analytics platforms, online surveys, A/B or multivariate testing, NPS, and heatmaps. Your role will involve generating reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to product teams on defined OKRs in fixed and ad hoc cadence.

This position requires an analytical mentality with a balance of creativity and analytical skills. You will work closely with relevant data, analysis, and enablement teams to ensure end-to-end alignment on priorities, learnings, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both digital and physical retail analytics, data visualization, and tag management, such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, and big data platforms. Experience with analytics of digital loyalty programs is a plus, as this role will engage in optimizing the impact and performance of the LEGO Insiders program.

You will be fluent in business English and possess highly developed collaboration skills with an open mind and ability to work across many departments. Your ability to identify problems and support solutions that solve product limitations while delivering strategic business growth is essential.
