At Thrive IT Systems, we are seeking a skilled ITSM Specialist to join our team. As an ITSM Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services and support to our clients.

Job Description

The primary role of the ITSM Specialist is to manage and maintain our ServiceNow instance, ensuring that all IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • ITSM Administration: Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet the needs of our business.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Change Management: Plan, implement, and track changes to our IT infrastructure and services.
  • Release Management: Coordinate and execute releases of new software and hardware.
  • Service Level Management: Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analytics to help us make informed business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful as an ITSM Specialist, you will need:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
