Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Safety Surveillance department as a Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Global Safety Advisors and Safety Leads, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance processes, regulations, and guidelines. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient safety and contribute to the success of our global safety surveillance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for Global Safety Surveillance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Mentor and develop team members through regular performance discussions and coaching sessions.
  3. Represent the department in cross-functional teams and communicate safety issues internally and externally.

Requirements
  1. Strong leadership and management capability, with experience mobilizing teams to meet objectives and targets.
  2. Proven experience in project-oriented environments, with a track record of delivering results under pressure.
  3. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated credibility.
  4. Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
