We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Controller to contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Job Summary

  • This role involves working closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) of EMF and being responsible for key controlling functions within our manufacturing operations.
  • You will be part of a diverse team that includes both experienced professionals and newer colleagues, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.
  • Our team is dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and excellence in manufacturing and project control.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manufacturing Variance Analysis and Efficiency Follow-Up: Analyze manufacturing variances, identify root causes, and monitor efficiency to ensure optimal performance and cost control.
  2. Monthly Reporting: Create and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports in collaboration with the SVP for EMF, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  3. Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes for Business Area (BA) and Operating Area (OA) Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring accurate and realistic financial planning.
  4. Working Capital Controlling: Manage and control working capital to maintain financial stability, optimize inventory levels, and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 0-4 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI is highly preferable. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are crucial.

A successful candidate will possess a can-do spirit and technical curiosity, along with strong analytical skills. You should be committed and persistent, demonstrating dedication to seeing tasks through to completion. Organizational skills are essential, as you will need to work systematically and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
