As a key leader within GlobalConnect, we are seeking a seasoned finance director to drive our Nordic infrastructure investments. The successful candidate will bring strong financial expertise and a clear focus on people leadership to lead, develop, motivate, and unite a skilled team of business controllers.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing finance teams across borders and be able to deliver high-quality financial insights through structured collaboration and open communication. They will take responsibility for controlling, budgeting, and forecasting across revenue, EBITDA, and capex, while fostering a motivated team culture across borders.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial direction of our digital infrastructure business and support functions. You will join a skilled, collaborative finance team with high visibility and real impact, offering flexibility, trust, and room to grow as a professional and as a leader.
We value experience from a financial leadership role at Director level, preferably across multiple countries, as well as deep knowledge of CAPEX controlling, investment analysis, and financial forecasting. Fluency in verbal and written English is also essential.
