Exerp is a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions for the fitness industry. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems.
  • New user on/off boarding, asset and access management.
  • Handle daily IT user support through tickets and Slack.
  • Manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and Android/iOS mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD).
  • You thrive in delivering excellent and positive service to our employees.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent English language proficiency required – Danish is a plus but not required.
  • Able to show a clean criminal record.
