Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems.
- New user on/off boarding, asset and access management.
- Handle daily IT user support through tickets and Slack.
- Manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
- Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and Android/iOS mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD).
- You thrive in delivering excellent and positive service to our employees.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device management.
- Understanding of IT security best practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent English language proficiency required – Danish is a plus but not required.
- Able to show a clean criminal record.
