About the Role:

  • Own features refinement and prioritization for Demand Planning & Allocation track within Program Hero
  • Collaborate with business users to understand planning requirements and map them back to the product roadmap & backlog
  • Build proficiency in understanding the data landscape for planning solutions and their relation to ERP & various planning functions
  • Lead discovery towards new initiatives supporting digital transformation at Pandora and shape the long-range plan for Integrated Planning
  • Work with owners of interfacing systems to manage dependencies
  • Understand and promote DevOps way of working

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager preferred, with expertise in supply chain planning functions (demand planning, supply & capacity planning, merchandise planning, assortment planning)
  • Experience from retail, fashion, FMCG industry highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, technology, or economics; Master's qualifications are a plus
  • Prior experience working in an Agile setup
  • Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, project methodologies
