About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Manager to join our Finance and Demand organization in the Nordic branch of Abbott Diabetes Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our commercial demand forecasts are built upon solid underlying analytics that support ADC Nordics strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the Nordic region, utilizing statistical analysis and market research to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial organization to understand market conditions and communicate these through financial reporting processes.
  • Manage logistics and allocation of products between ADC's European Distribution Centers and local warehouses in the Nordics.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management for the Freestyle Libre portfolio and legacy devices, ensuring alignment with local and EMEAP strategy.
  • Provide analytical support to the commercial team, leveraging data and insights to drive business-critical decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum Master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • Background in finance, supply chain management, or analytics, with experience in change management or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in statistical forecasting, with the ability to use analysis in an operational context to support ADC team in decision-making processes.
  • Excellent system skills, aptitude, and experience, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with Power BI and Dodeca desirable.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant progressive experience, with at least 1 year of related work experience in a multinational environment.
