We are looking for someone with a strong background in health and safety who can prioritize both personnel and business needs. Experience in auditing and incident investigation is essential, as well as familiarity with behavior-based safety programs and safety management systems in compliance with ISO45001.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing independent advice, support, and assistance to the line organization regarding health and safety. This includes facilitating HIRA/HAZOP and supporting the development of Risk Assessments / Method Statements, monitoring compliance on safety controls, and assessing contractor HSE plans and performance.
You will also report and investigate incidents, ensure close out of actions, and implement learnings. Additionally, you will support the behavior-based safety program and critical control management program, coach site personnel in safety awareness, and keep in close contact with offshore crews and O&M managers when it comes to planning.
