Global Operations Expert

As a Global Operations Expert at ABB, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Energy Industries division in delivering comprehensive software solutions across various energy-related sectors. Our software portfolio caters to a diverse range of customers, including those in renewable energy, conventional power generation, fuels and petrochemical production, and water and wastewater distribution and processing.
With a strong focus on growth, we have built a market-relevant portfolio aligned with industry trends. Our products enable our customers to reduce risk, operate safely, efficiently, effectively, and sustainably. This is a global role, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for partnering with product managers, business stakeholders, and champion super users to drive process improvements, enhance data quality, and develop sales tools and training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Own and improve sales tools and training programs, ensuring trackable learning and engagement while developing and promoting sales collateral and promotional materials globally.
- Support and coordinate product commercialization activities related to product releases, ensuring alignment with PAEN business product management processes.
- Drive key initiatives, such as net promoter score assessments and various process improvement projects.
- Generate visibility for software products and services by owning and improving product data for opportunity tracking.
- Be our team's Salesforce and data analytics champion, completing related tasks with precision and expertise, including dashboard and report management, improving data quality, owning software-related content in sales guidelines/playbooks, and participating in Salesforce workshops, user acceptance testing, and relevant training delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field and over five years of experience in CRM, mastering Salesforce administration, with expertise in building and maintaining reports and dashboards, transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
- Deep understanding of best practices in sales operations, coupled with basic knowledge of PowerBI, sets you apart as a valuable asset, with a firm grasp of database theory, including data modeling and entity relationship analysis.
- Proven track record of partnering with product organizations to create and deliver impactful sales tools and training, with a growth mindset, servant-leader approach, and change management skills in complex, matrixed industrial organizations.
- Persistence and ability to build credibility quickly with customers and internal stakeholders, with prioritization skills, knowing when to say no and how to explain decisions clearly and backed by evidence.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
