Role Overview

This Senior Account Manager position plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the Nordic region, focusing on pharma and biotech markets. Reporting to the Regional Manager EU South, this commercial representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients and acquiring new customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the life science segment in Denmark, as well as excellent relationship-building skills and commercial acumen. With a proven track record in sales experience within the biotech industry, this individual will thrive in a dynamic, home-based environment, leveraging their strategic thinking and operational expertise to drive business forward.

Key responsibilities include building and growing sales revenues, developing market potential, and establishing strategic and tactical plans to achieve quarterly business forecasts. This commercial leader will work closely with a skilled team and support functions to deliver tailored advice and solutions to customers, helping them meet their objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a broad customer network at all levels, including prospective and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage detailed contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Define strategic and tactical plans and deliver accurate business forecasts on a quarterly basis or as requested by management.
