Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate customer complaints and analyze root causes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and update workflows to optimize production processes and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and external resources.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using Photoshop, Camera Raw, and Bridge.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the real-estate editing industry.
  • General knowledge of product quality management.
  • Experience working with part-time employees and vendors both online and offline.
