Clinical Supply Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Assistant to join our Clinical Supply team in Valby, Copenhagen. As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the progression of our R&D pipeline by assisting colleagues within Clinical Supply.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle and control documents in our electronic document system
- Support travel orders and travel expense in our electronic systems
- Purchase office supplies
- Prepare and process data
- Write and prepare documents
- Perform archiving activities
- Assist with a variety of ad-hoc tasks as needed
About You
We are looking for a student who is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, pharmaceutical or natural science) and is looking for a role where they can apply their skills and knowledge. You should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, be proactive and organized, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team environment and be able to communicate effectively in English.
