  • Stay up-to-date with customer service measuring programs and implement strategies to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
