Principal UI Designer

We're seeking a talented Principal UI Designer to elevate the visual style of our iconic game. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging UI solutions that align with our brand vision and player needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement high-quality UI screens and assets that captivate and engage our players.
- Optimize UI elements for smooth performance across mobile devices, including iOS and Android.
- Ensure a consistent visual style and tone across all UI elements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive visual style guide for the UI.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to enhance user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to mobile gaming.
- Refine and improve existing UI/UX to elevate user engagement and satisfaction, ensuring the product remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.
In your first month, you'll meet the team, learn about our success, and get familiar with our tools and workflow. You'll be paired with a mentor who will guide you through your first projects and help you feel at home in your new role.
In your first three months, you'll take on more impactful responsibilities, designing engaging user interfaces and contributing to enhancing the game experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine your designs based on user feedback and analytics.
In your first year, you'll make a significant impact on Subway Surfers, leading UI initiatives for new events and features, assessing the effectiveness of your designs, and using data to optimize player satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements- Proven experience as a UI Designer in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile platforms.
- Expertise in graphic design and digital art tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, and proficiency in Unity with a solid understanding of its UI tools and capabilities.
- Excellent skills in performance optimization for UI across multiple platforms.
- Experience in User-Centric Design Strategies.
- Knowledge in conducting User Research and Analysis.
