Your Role
As our new Lead Project Manager, you will become an integral part of our Major Projects division, which operates within our global Energy Transition sector. You will be instrumental in managing and advancing a diverse array of significant projects. Your strategic insight and project management proficiency will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of major initiatives that align with our dedication to environmental responsibility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Formulating and executing project management strategies tailored to the specific challenges of major energy transition initiatives, with a preference for candidates possessing experience in Oil & Gas, Power generation, Process industries, or Energy-Intensive sectors. Overseeing project-level planning, execution, and delivery within sectors such as Power-to-X (Hydrogen), Carbon capture, Bioenergy (Power generation), Biofuels, Offshore Energy (Offshore Substations), or Energy-Intensive Industries. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader organizational aims. Developing and maintaining thorough project documentation for major initiatives, including project plans, timelines, and budgets, in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Tracking and reporting on project advancement, identifying and mitigating risks and challenges unique to the energy transition landscape for major initiatives. Cultivating strategic partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators to enhance project outcomes and promote sustainable practices in major initiatives. Ensuring adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and quality benchmarks for major projects. Offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on enhancing our position in the energy transition market, particularly within the specified sectors.Your Path to Continuous Growth

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. A proven history (10+ years) of successfully managing large and complex projects within the Energy sector. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred. A strong grasp of energy transition technologies, policies, and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on integrating sustainable practices. Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and building partnerships in the energy transition sector. Demonstrated experience in at least one of the specified markets: Power-to-X (Hydrogen), Bioenergy, Offshore Energy (Offshore Substations), or Energy-Intensive Industries.Welcome to Our Energy Division
