About the Opportunity:
- Leading the front office team to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Developing and implementing new ideas to enhance guest experiences and optimize front office operations.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Being open to working shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience as a front office manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of Danish language preferred but not mandatory.
