At Vestas, we are seeking a seasoned Global HSE Excellence Leader to spearhead our team of highly specialised professionals in ensuring the highest Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience leading subject matter experts, preferably holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be knowledgeable in management principles and experienced in people leadership.
This senior-level position involves leading and representing the team, both internally and externally, and ensuring the management team's strategic direction is set and maintained.
As a key member of the Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence management team, the successful candidate will collaborate to support the future growth of NCE Construction.
The role offers excellent development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's leading wind turbine producer, with a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location.
Based in Warrington, UK or Aarhus, DK, with approximately 10-20 days of travel per year, this role requires a valid passport and drivers' license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Responsibilities including:
