KMD A/S, a leading IT company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Group Reporting. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes on a group level, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, and providing accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Month-end and year-end closing, including consolidation in SAP Group Reporting
  2. Securing compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
  3. Preparation of accounting memo and local financial statements
  4. Responsible for Internal and External Audit
  5. Being a trusted partner towards key stakeholders
  6. Develop, maintain, and drive efficient processes on group level
  7. Develop the Group reporting team
  8. Optimization of P&L and cash flow forecast process
  9. Ensuring transparent and timely reporting to our owners NEC
  10. CSRD reporting in close cooperation with our external advisors
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of accounting standards, SAP S4, and SAP group reporting. You should have great data management skills and insight into audit processes. Project management skills are also essential to lead and drive cross-functional projects. A master's degree in finance, accounting, or auditing, or a related field, is preferred. Proven experience of +5 years in a corporate finance function, preferably within the tech industry, is required.
