  • Build and prioritize product roadmaps for new and existing products.

  • Foster collaboration between product and commercial-focused product managers across both business areas.
Agile Methodologies
  • Transform and transition a market from projects to scalable products, and from hardware to software as a service.
Business Acumen
  • Understand program budgets, cost analysis, and ROI for defence projects.
  • Build and follow up on business cases and commercial performance.
Communication and Leadership
  • Collaborate across stakeholders and convey customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and negotiate with contractors and government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
