About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Department Assistant to join our team. As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing FTE account budgets, and utilizing MS Office365 to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks and supporting daily office operations.
  • Managing and controlling FTE account budgets efficiently.
  • Utilizing MS Office365, particularly the Teams platform, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications

We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
  • Proficiency with MS Office365 and its interconnected functionalities, particularly the Teams platform.
  • Experience in budget planning and controlling of FTE accounts.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
