Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Insights Strategist, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs and opportunities informed by people data and analysis. You will utilize your analytical skills to understand business agendas, translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders, and facilitate ongoing dialogue between the business and our developers while working on new analytics products.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
* Working with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for utilizing people data and analyses, turning them into formalized requests, and facilitating clear prioritization and planning sessions for our team.
* Facilitating ongoing dialogue between the business and our developers while working on new analytics products.
* Translating needs of the business and helping developers make right design and technical choices.
* Leading the development of insight-based frameworks and our five-year roadmap and providing insights based on reports and analyses.
* Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in analytics and relationship with external analytics platform providers.
* Promoting a data-driven culture and increasing data literacy across the organization through ongoing dialogues and involvement in projects.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, economy, strategy, HR) or equivalent experience. You should have proven collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of analytics and experience working directly with developers and data scientists on translating business needs to technical products.
