Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage and develop our Early Childhood Development (ECD) and humanitarian/nexus portfolio and profile. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and project management for the ECD project in Uganda.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ECD project in Uganda, ensuring it meets its work plans and budgets.
- Develop and manage our ECD and humanitarian/nexus portfolio and profile.
- Represent the organization towards the donor and Community of Practice.
- Work closely with Project Directors and broader project staff to ensure programme success.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in ECD and humanitarian project management.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, ECD, health, or humanitarian.
- Experience from working and living in a humanitarian and development setting.
- Experience in working with gender transformative approaches.
