We're seeking a skilled Global Media Planner to join our team at Arla Foods' digital in-house agency, The Barn.


As a Media Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the presence of our brands, developing data-driven media recommendations across various channels, and working closely with stakeholders to drive engagement.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Developing media campaigns from early briefing to execution and evaluation
  • Collaborating with brand managers, creatives, media specialists, and strategists to clarify brand objectives and target audiences
  • Presenting media recommendations across paid and owned media and discussing your input with global brand teams
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning and sharing your knowledge internally
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging throughout campaigns
  • Ensuring brand guidelines and media best practices are key in the planning process

What We're Looking For



  • Experience with media planning from a similar position at an agency or in-house
  • Knowledge of digital ad ecosystems, including META, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders
  • A sustainable mindset and commitment to our company values
