Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Procurement Coordinator to join our German team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in demand planning, procurement, and inventory management. Your expertise will ensure the timely delivery of goods, optimize stock availability, and minimize excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Suppliers

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.

Manage Inventory Levels

You will be responsible for managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams

You will work closely with sales and production teams to ensure accurate supply chain planning and demand forecasting.

Support the Buying Team

You will provide support to the buying team in all aspects, including order creation, production overviews, quality assurance, shipping, and invoicing.

Manage and Update Master Data

You will be responsible for managing and updating master data to ensure accuracy in our ERP system.

Assist in Running Productions

You will assist in running productions and ensure smooth execution of production plans.

Requirements
  • Fluent Communication in English and German

You must be able to communicate fluently in English and German, both written and oral.

Relevant Academic Degree

You should have a relevant academic degree, Bachelor level or higher, preferably in Business and/or Logistics.

Previous Work Experience

You should have previous work experience (+1 year) within procurement, planning, or logistics.

Skills in Excel and ERP Systems

You should have well-developed skills in Excel and know your way around ERP systems.

Good Economic Understanding

You should have a good economic understanding and a flair for numbers and calculations.

Team Player

You should be a team player and able to work in a highly competitive industry.
