About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an IWS & Operations Department Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing our Integrated Work System (IWS) and driving operational excellence across our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of IWS, ensuring employee involvement and driving continuous improvements
  • Coordinate the IWS Masterplan and track progress
  • Act as a key ally to the Plant Manager and guide the local Leadership team
  • Promote, communicate, and train employees in IWS principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in CAPEX projects
  • Implement the SQCDME policy, ensuring competencies and resources, monitoring KPIs, and making corrective actions as needed
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within an international company
  • Higher education in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Environmental Science, or a relevant field
  • Proven experience of leadership, with a coaching leadership style that fosters an inclusive culture
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
  • Experience with IWS is a plus
