About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an IWS & Operations Department Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IWS Manufacturing team and driving business growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of IWS Manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing reliability, reduce costs, and elevate productivity.
  • Coordinate the IWS Masterplan and track progress.
  • Act as the Plant Manager's ally and guide the local Leadership team.
  • Promote, communicate, and train employees in IWS principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in CAPEX projects.
  • Implement the SQCDME policy and ensure competencies and resources.
  • Monitor KPIs and make corrective actions in case of incidents.
About You

We are looking for a result-oriented, proactive, and curious individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within an international company and a higher education in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Environmental Science, or a relevant field.

You should also have proven experience of leadership, a coaching leadership style that fosters an inclusive culture, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
