You'll be responsible for supporting project planning, reporting, and driving work packages in a development project setting. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting multiple development projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Taking part in initiation and planning of projects, including coordination and follow-up on project execution.
- Assisting in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
- Collecting lessons learned and continuously improving the way we work with projects.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with development projects, preferably as a team lead or coordinator on multiple projects.
- Excellent IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to maintaining a clear overview while working in dynamic project environments.
