Job Description:

This position involves leading and supporting a Nordic team of 6 Business Controllers based in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. You will foster team collaboration and professional development across borders while taking responsibility for controlling, budgeting, and forecasting across revenue, EBITDA, and capex.

The ideal candidate has experience from a financial leadership role at Director level, preferably across multiple countries. They must have deep knowledge of CAPEX controlling, investment analysis, and financial forecasting. The successful candidate thrives in an international and dynamic organization with high complexity and possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire from a distance.

  • Lead and support a Nordic team of 6 Business Controllers
