About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Channel Leader to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our Consumer Products Division, you will be responsible for building and executing channel/group of accounts results, ensuring excellence in our go-to-market approach.

You will lead multifunctional teamwork between your team and other departments, managing, coaching, and developing your team to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Channel Results: Build and achieve channel/group of accounts results: turnover, market share, and commercial margin (both on- and offline).
  • Retailer-Centric Planning: Monitor a retailer-centric account planning process to design a retailer-specific business plan where our brands win market shares and ensure best-in-class instore execution.
  • Trend Identification: Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Incremental Opportunities: Create bold plans going all in for incremental opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Look for continuous improvements and challenge the status quo.
About You

You have 4-5 years' experience from a similar role (preferably from the FMCG industry). You possess the ability to build connections and a network in a matrix organization to maximize resources for clients and projects.

You have a strategic vision and the courage to challenge the status quo. You are passionate about consumer insights and how to translate them into business opportunities, always with a customer-centric mindset leading the future of beauty in the Danish retail environment.

You are a strong leader and communicator, knowing how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience. You are a proven self-starter with an operative mindset, executing and delivering on your strategy and account plans.

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, being fact-based, analytical, and having complex problem-solving skills. You are a strong negotiator, experienced within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and thrive in building long-term sustainable business models.
