Procurement Expert

About the Role:

As a Procurement Specialist at GlobalConnect, you will be responsible for ensuring our procurement activities meet both internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement and Contracts: Support and lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring good commercial result, compliance, and proper documentation.
2. Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support procurement decisions.
3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
4. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers within your area.
5. Market Insights: Gather and apply market insights to understand supply markets and risks.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Suitable educational background in procurement, business, economy, tech, or legal.
2. Analytical Skills: Ability to perform business case calculations, such as understanding total cost of ownership (TCO), should-cost analyses, and ROI.
3. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office with good presentation skills.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in Business English and one Scandinavian language.
