Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Defense Industry Product Strategist to join our team. This individual will contribute to the development and execution of product strategies, manage product lifecycles, and oversee profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product visions, directions, and roadmaps for Multi Domain Operations (MDO) business areas.
  • Build product roadmaps aligned with Terma's growth strategy and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Analyze markets, customers, and competitors to inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and teams to execute product plans.
  • Communicate product visions and priorities, gathering market and customer feedback.
  • Oversee product budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and monitoring profitability.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, addressing challenges to maintain success.
  • Seek opportunities for product innovation, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Maintain product development documentation and provide regular updates.

Requirements

  • End-to-end product lifecycle management experience.
  • Familiarity with defense technologies, systems, and lifecycle management.
  • Agile methodologies experience, adapting to changing requirements.
  • Understanding of program budgets, cost analysis, and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with SW frameworks, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
