Som Project Manager er du ansvarlig for at lede og styrer projekter i samarbejde med Senior Projektlederen og projektdeltagere. Du skal sikre, at projekterne følger planen og at de leveres inden for det aftalte scope, hvad angår tid, kvalitet, performance og økonomi.

Projekterne strækker sig typisk over ca. 26 måneder, og du vil være tilknyttet i det meste af projektets levetid. Du vil som udgangspunkt være dedikeret til ét projekt ad gangen, hvor der i perioder er tilknyttet et større antal medarbejdere, både fra underleverandører og internt.

Som Project Manager er du leverandørens primære kontakt for alle kontraktuelle og kommercielle forhold samt ansvarlig for at sikre, at projektet overholder aftalt scope. Du spiller en central rolle i at facilitere samarbejdet mellem kunden, AET og øvrige samarbejdspartnere involveret i projektet.

Dine primære opgaver og ansvarsområder omfatter:

  • Projektledelse og styring i samarbejde med Senior Projektlederen og projektdeltagere
  • Kontinuerlig opfølgning på tidsplaner, kritiske indkøbs- og underleverandøraktiviteter samt overholdelse af tekniske specifikationer i samarbejde med projektteamet
  • Økonomistyring og budgetopfølgning for at sikre overholdelse af projektbudgetter
  • Support til Senior Projektlederen ved månedlig rapportering til ledelse og kunden
  • Risikostyring; identifikation og håndtering af risici samt videreudvikling af risikostyringsmodellen
  • Sitebesøg for opfølgning på installation og idriftsætning af anlægget for at sikre overensstemmelse med projektplanen

Du vil referere til vores Head of PMO & Projects og få mulighed for at bidrage til den løbende udvikling af vores projektmodel.

Der skal forventes rejseaktivitet på ca. 40 dage om året.

Din profil

For at komme i betragtning til stillingen forventes der erfaring som projektleder suppleret med en stærk kommerciel forståelse og erfaring med ledelse af komplekse internationale projekter. Teknisk baggrund eller omfattende teknisk indsigt er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Erfaring fra energisektoren vil ligeledes være en fordel.

Du opnår succes i stillingen ved at kunne balancere kundens krav med AET's projektmodel samt gældende normer og regler. Evnen til at opbygge netværk og gode relationer både internt og eksternt er afgørende, da du vil have mange kontaktpunkter i og uden for AET.

Du trives med kompleksitet og har en proaktiv tilgang til opgaver, hvor du sikrer kvalitet og rettidighed i projektleverancer. Du er en leder, der inspirerer og motiverer dit team samtidig med, at du formår at bevare struktur og prioritere effektivt.

Det er afgørende, at du kommunikerer flydende på engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt. Tysk eller fransk er en fordel.

Aalborg Energie Technik a/s blev etableret i 1997 og udvikler, sælger, projekterer, indkøber, monterer, idriftsætter og servicerer komplette træfyrede kraftvarmeværker på 25-170MW. Udgangspunktet er avancerede biomassefyrede dampkedler med tilhørende udstyr. Markedet er Vesteuropa med aktuel hovedvægt på England, Frankrig og Italien.

Selskabet beskæftiger cirka 140 medarbejdere fordelt i Danmark og Polen.
