Pandora A/S is seeking a Strategic Insights Director to join our team. As a senior leader in consumer and market insights, you will drive data-driven decision-making and growth strategies across the organization.
About the Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods, jewelry, fashion, or retail industries, with experience leading global teams and developing innovative tools and methodologies for consumer understanding and market analysis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a multi-year consumer insights roadmap, linking research initiatives to business performance metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure consumer insights are embedded in product development, marketing, and sales strategies
- Increasing retail excellence efficiency by increasing store conversion
The successful candidate will be able to:
