Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing automation systems, ensuring seamless operation and maximum efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Automation System Maintenance

Maintain and optimize automation systems, ensuring system stability and maximum efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Code Changes

Troubleshoot issues and implement code changes, conducting required tests and producing qualification documentation.

Production Support

Provide support to the production team, collaborating closely with colleagues across production to foster valuable experience.

Problem-Solving and Analysis

Apply problem-solving skills to offer systematic support for production lines, identifying root causes and initiating corrective and preventive measures swiftly during process variations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Academic Background

An academic background in Automation Engineering or IT Development is essential. Familiarity with DeltaV/PCS is advantageous, and experience with virtual IT systems in daily operations is valued.

Technical Skills

A technical inquisitiveness that allows for a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of large-scale production setups is essential. Proficiency in documentation according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules is also pivotal.

Personal Qualities

Confidence in fact-based solutions, ability to articulate arguments effectively, proactive and positive nature, and the capability to simplify and explain complex technical contexts to diverse colleagues are all highly valued.
