As a Materials Testing Engineer within our Test Engineering Team, your primary focus will be on evaluating and testing material characteristics, particularly their resilience to cleaning agents, lubrication properties, and polymer formulations.
Your expertise will play a vital role in the development of materials that adhere to our rigorous standards for performance and dependability.
Key Responsibilities
Material Evaluation: Execute thorough assessments on various materials to determine their properties, including resistance to cleaning agents and durability under diverse conditions. Lubrication Properties Analysis: Examine the lubrication characteristics of greases and other lubricants utilized in our products to guarantee optimal functionality and lifespan. Polymer Formulation Assessment: Analyze and evaluate polymer formulations to ascertain their appropriateness for various applications and environments. Research and Development Collaboration: Partner with the R&D team to innovate new materials and enhance existing ones, with a focus on improving their performance and resistance to various factors. Quality Control: Ensure all materials comply with the company's strict quality standards and industry regulations through comprehensive testing and evaluation. Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous documentation of testing procedures, outcomes, and any challenges encountered during the evaluation process. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Engage in ongoing improvement efforts to refine testing processes, methodologies, and overall material performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close coordination with other engineering teams to integrate material testing insights into product design and development.We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreUR

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in chemical analysis methods and instruments, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and rheology. Material Science Expertise: In-depth knowledge of material science, particularly in polymers, lubricants, and chemical resistance. Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot material-related issues and propose effective solutions. Detail Orientation: Keen attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage and precise documentation. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate testing results and recommendations clearly.
