Job Description

The Finance Student Assistant will join our Finance and Operations team and contribute to taking our financial operations to the next level. This role is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented student who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Manage our billing platform and own our invoicing process.
  • Be the trusted point of contact for our customers for all billing-related inquiries.
  • Drive our collections processes and follow up with customers.
  • Assist in month-end and closing processes, including financial reporting.
  • Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in other finance & operations related matters as needed.
