International Development Operations Assistant

The Business Operations Internship is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in international development operations. As an intern, you will be part of our dynamic team and contribute to our mission by supporting the Service Delivery team with administrative tasks, procurement, logistics, and finance.
Job Description:- Procurement: Assist Country Offices in delivering innovative business solutions, sustainable Green Energy services, and world-connecting ICT solutions. Regularly follow-up and contact end users with administrative, procurement, and financial support.
- Logistics: Assist with inventory management and logistical tasks relating to Smart Facility supply/stock needs. Assist with organizing and reviewing inventory management. Review stock and propose quantities for next purchases.
- HR: Participate in the recruitment of new interns, providing support with coordination of interviews, collecting related documents, and responding to email queries as required.
- Administrative Support: Draft and update Unit's documentation to support continuous improvement of Service Delivery processes and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in Excel and have a basic understanding of customer-oriented service delivery processes.
