The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth on our Shopify-based ecommerce site across multiple markets, with a focus on the US, Japan, and EU countries.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute initiative roadmaps to drive growth and maximize sales on our Shopify site.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Identify new onsite opportunities to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Regularly update the Shopify site with promotional details, product information, and other relevant content.
  • Conduct A/B tests for content placement, merchandising, and other performance-related optimizations within Shopify.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory, extensive experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores, including theme customization, app integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
