Job Overview
IMPACT Extend is a European powerhouse with offices across the world, pioneering some of the most advanced commerce solutions in the Nordics. We're seeking a skilled Commercial Director B2B to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the B2B commerce space. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Driving new business by collaborating with our Outbound & Marketing team to identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
  2. Building strategic relationships by developing long-term partnerships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
  3. Leading sales processes by owning and orchestrating pitch and RFP processes from start to close.
  4. Growing our pipeline by qualifying leads and tracking opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline.
  5. Strengthening our market position by staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to IMPACT's thought leadership through market insights and case distribution.
  6. Collaborating cross-functionally by working closely with sales representatives and other departments to drive success across the organization.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales with expertise in complex sales and solution selling.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders and leverage industry connections to generate business.
  • Excellent commercial skills with a focus on negotiation, pitch management, and structuring winning sales approaches.
  • In-depth knowledge of the commerce industry, market trends, and digital transformation.
  • A competitive drive to exceed sales targets (20-30 million DKK annually).
  • Able to work cross-functionally, facilitating teamwork and aligning efforts with company growth objectives.
