Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH is a leading dairy company, and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team.

As an Industrial Equipment Technician at Arla Foods, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth production processes. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

We are offering a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on your experience. This salary is based on industry standards and reflects the importance of this role in our organization.

In this position, you will work closely with our maintenance team to identify and address equipment issues, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and optimize production workflows. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical knowledge of industrial equipment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues from various departments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair industrial equipment to ensure smooth production processes
  • Identify and address equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan
  • Optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper equipment maintenance and calibration

Educational background:

  • Techncial education or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
  • Familiarity with LEAN principles and process improvement methodologies

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Work location: Videbæk, Denmark.
