We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and play a pivotal role in executing our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, users, and the development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Work with customers and analysts to refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Establish clear product vision and lead product discovery efforts as needed.
Tasks and Responsibilities (30%):
  • Develop a deep understanding of high-level desired outcomes with product managers and customers.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to refine potential solutions and ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Play a key role in prioritizing new features, customer change requests, and bugs in the team backlog.
Team Support and Agile Collaboration (30%):
  • Own the team backlog, prioritizing features to ensure quality and minimize technical debt.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment on project goals.
  • Help prioritize features and conduct cost/benefit analysis during implementation.
  • Ensure regular demos of progress and encourage open communication among team members.
Customer Engagement (20%):
  • Craft a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and prioritize accordingly.
  • Maintain transparent communication with customers throughout the development process.
Assessing Business Value (10%):
  • Evaluate delivered functionality against expected outcomes and suggest improvements.
