About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager/Engineer to join our Markets team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the public and private sector in the delivery of technologies and systems to meet global and national net zero targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing clients during the early phases of new projects, working closely with the Sales / Business Development team.
  • Manage and lead tenders through our stage gate approval process, overseeing the preparation of engineering input to tender documentation.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in the technical disciplines to prepare tender documentation and leverage from existing material to build the proposal.
  • Maintain our database of standard proposal material in the Customer Relation Management system.
  • Coordinate with the technical advisory team to standardise tender documents and deliverables.
  • Ensure information flow from clients and markets is efficiently distributed within the organisation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, ideally in an engineering discipline, with a demonstrable understanding of relative engineering principles.
  • Previous relevant experience in proposal and bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with limited supervision.
