Opportunity:

As the Head of Facilities Management, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-performing facilities management practices across the organization.

This position demands a strong leader who can drive change, improve processes, and ensure all facilities systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

Key qualifications include extensive experience in facilities maintenance and management, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to facilities operations is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a global facilities management function with high-performance capabilities.
  • Establish and implement facility management policies and procedures for efficient FM asset operation.
  • Design and deploy standardized processes within the global FM landscape.
  • Develop and implement inspection protocols and audits for facilities systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Gather necessary information from diverse teams to understand improvement needs.
  • Serve as Facilities Management Subject Matter Expert, collecting feedback and insights for improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to facilities operations.
  • Contribute to building the facilities budget and estimating costs for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and projects.
  • Lead and oversee facilities staff, implementing processes to monitor major contractor performance.
  • Negotiate with landlords, suppliers, and regional regulatory bodies as needed.
