About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong accounting knowledge and experience in costing systems. Your primary responsibility will be to develop solid models within the costing area, supporting Make/Buy decisions. You will also work closely with finance business partners across Product Marketing Development & Operations Finance to improve efficiency in systems & processes, enabling better and faster decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate product costing models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costing systems and processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain high-quality data and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in costing or financial analysis.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with SAP costing systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex matters simply.
