About the Role- Develop and execute asset management strategies and best practices.
- Optimise the performance, reliability, and lifecycle costs of production assets.
- Work with assembly and packaging lines for finished products at global production sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Report directly to the Director of Asset Management & Maintenance within FPM Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
- Drive performance improvement through predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and total productive maintenance (TPM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on asset management performance.
