Som medlem af vores hjemmetræningsteam vil du være en nøgleperson i den proces, hvor du vil være ansvarlig for at udvikle og gennemføre selvstyrede rehabiliteringsprogrammer til borgere. Vi søger en person med overbevisende indsigt i rehabiliteringsprocesserne og ideologier, samt en god evne til at kommunikere og samarbejde med patienter, familie og andre professionelle medvirkende partnere.
