Our team is spread across various locations, including Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus, and Aalborg. We offer a flexible setup, allowing you to choose where you work from. However, we expect you to be present in Aalborg on a regular basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • As a NetSuite Administrator, you will provide technical support to users, documenting issues, status, and resolutions.
  • You will resolve issues with customization, workflows, and scripts, either independently or collaboratively with third-party NetSuite Support Vendors.
  • Your role involves serving as the primary point of contact for resolving EDI issues with our 3rd party EDI service vendor.
  • You will assist users in creating advanced Saved Searches, Dashboards, KPIs, and Reports.
  • Another responsibility is logging issues and coordinating resolution with our 3rd party NetSuite support partner.
  • You will contribute to maintaining NetSuite through system updates, bundle updates, and monitoring system performance.
  • You will also manage user roles and permissions to ensure users have access to data and tools needed to perform their jobs while maintaining NetSuite security.
  • Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • 7+ years of technical support experience for NetSuite or other Enterprise Business Systems.
  • Experience connecting NetSuite to internal & external applications using APIs and EDI.
  • Familiarity with ZONE Advanced Billing SuiteApp and basic knowledge of SuiteScripts.
  • The ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, transforming end-user needs into functional requirements.
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects with accuracy.
  • Able to work independently with remote supervision and possess a 'Can do attitude' to connect with the right people.
  • English language skills at a business level.
