Job Description

As a Category Manager for Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sourcing projects and processes globally, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively take responsibility for category strategy development and execution, project portfolio management, stakeholder management, and building and issuing RFXs.
  • Drive strategic decisions by developing the right category strategy for Professional Services, accommodating its complex nature and stakeholder landscape.
  • Participate in lifecycle management of the relevant contract portfolio and strategic vendor relations, ensuring continued commercial and legal governance and value generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's Degree from a University or Business School relevant to the position.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with indirect procurement categories.
  • Well-founded project management skills, demonstrated through a minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects in a relevant role.
  • Strong business partnering skills, ability to influence, empathetic mind-set, and a solid understanding of cultural differences and how these may impact your work.
  • Comprehensive analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach.
  • The ability to manage many projects and tasks simultaneously with a high level of energy to ensure progress and deliverables.
  • English fluency, verbally and written.
